Job details:
- Responsible for restaurant management and running all restaurant activities.
- Arrange and implement marketing activities, promotional events or promotional programs...
- Select, train, develop and motivate employees.
- Control inventory levels and orders of departments in the restaurant.
- Resolve customer questions and complaints.
- Report at the end of shift, week, month including the following contents: Human resources, food, revenue, activities... to the Area Manager.
- Maintain and control standards of quality, food hygiene, safety and health.
- Manage and coordinate personnel to ensure perfect operation in the restaurant
Job requirements :
- Hard Japanese level N3 or higher
- Have management experience at Japanese restaurants for 1 year or more
- Have a good sense of work responsibility, be agile, handle arising problems well
- Can withstand work pressure
- Good computer skills
- Good reciprocal communication skills
- Working time: 44 hours/week
