Job Description

JOB DETAILS:

This position is responsible for managing and overseeing all operations in the spa's nail area, ensuring service quality and customer experience according to Sii Spa standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and oversee the operations of the spa's nail area.
Ensuring the quality of service, techniques, and customer experience according to Sii Spa standards.
Managing and training nail salon staff.
Providing advice, handling complaints, and customer service.
Control inventory of nail polish and tools; propose restocking.
Ensure hygiene standards, sterilization of equipment, and workplace safety.
Fulfill the Store Manager's requests.

REQUEST:

Female, aged 20-32, proficient in conversational English.
Knowledgeable and skilled in nail services, able to train staff.
To succeed in this role, the necessary skills include: proficiency in Management Skills, a strong understanding of Communication Skills, English language skills, experience in Sales Skills, and Teamwork Skills.
We prioritize candidates with experience in: Nail Technicians, other unskilled labor, beauty services, proficiency in Spa services, and knowledge related to Management.
