Job Description

JOB DETAILS:
This position is responsible for developing and implementing short-term and long-term business strategies, managing and developing the sales team, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners in the construction industry.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies.
Manage, lead, and develop the sales team.
Seek out and maintain relationships with clients and partners in the construction industry.
Monitor and analyze the market and propose solutions for business improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the progress and quality of service.
Promptly address feedback and issues related to fire protection products and services.
Track revenue, expenses, and business performance.

REQUEST:

Graduated from university with a major in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields, and have 2-3 years or more of work experience.
Gender: Male/Female.
Possesses strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Good health, willingness to cooperate, and long-term commitment to the company.
They are responsible, cheerful, enthusiastic, and have good teamwork skills.
Working hours: Office hours, Monday to Friday (7:00 AM - 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM), Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
