- Job details:

Human resource management: Scheduling work shifts, assigning tasks, and training and coaching employees;
Sales management: Monitoring revenue, inventory, handling inquiries/complaints;
Cost and asset management: Controlling expenses, preserving assets, building the store's image;
Market research: Monthly Honda market share report, proposed sales promotion programs;
Regular reports for the Board of Directors and Honda Vietnam;
Other tasks as required by superiors.

- Job requirements:

Male, born in 1990 or later, graduated from college/university or higher in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
Proficient in office computer skills and possesses a professional demeanor.
Having at least 2 years of experience in a management position (candidates with experience in the automotive, motorcycle, electronics, or mobile phone industries are preferred);
Understanding the market, strong organizational, management, and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
It is possible to rotate work locations at stores in Long Dien, Chau Duc, and Phu My (the company provides transportation for employees).
Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the former Vung Tau City.
