1. Business Management (Work weight: 40%)
Business planning and allocation to staff in management area;
Monitor the progress of business plan, promote to ensure the achievement of regional revenue;
Directly negotiate, exchange, and close sales with customers whose revenue is at or above the company's prescribed level;
Plan and periodically meet and discuss with customers in the management area;
Develop new customers and take care of old customers in the area, ensure to maintain revenue and output from existing customers;
Monitor customer ID configuration and employee CRM entry.
2. Operations Management (Work Percentage: 25%)
Assign handling/delivery-pick-up-return areas to employees, periodically evaluate and rearrange areas based on work results;
Track reports, monitor productivity and pick/deliver/return ratio of each employee, KPI of each branch and region. Promote and adjust operations to ensure regional results;
Manage import and export of goods, storage and processing of goods according to procedures (Online & Offline);
Periodically/suddenly visit each branch to check the quantity of physical goods, the condition of goods, and how to handle goods. Record results and prepare reports according to regulations;
Assign, monitor, and adjust the use of external partners (3PLs) to ensure budget and operational results;
Assign and handle customer service requests according to SLAs and existing procedures.
3. Human resource management (Work proportion: 20%)
Periodically evaluate employees' business and operational performance, test their knowledge and professional skills, create a monitoring list and retrain;
Provide regular/periodic training, communication, and guidance to employees on company operations, policies, messages, directions, etc.;
4. Cost management, CCDC, raw materials, COD money (Work proportion: 15%)
Assign staff to collect/transfer/pay COD and check daily according to company procedures;
Establish control tables and operating cost limits, optimize and save costs according to P&L targets. Implement and periodically/unexpectedly conduct physical inspections of each branch;
Submit cost reports, make estimates, advances, and final settlements in accordance with company regulations;
Manage the arrangement and division of CCDC/NVL, working areas & warehouses scientifically and according to standards;
Plan, monitor and propose adjustment plans, propose estimates for CCDC/NVL and warehouses. Deploy search for warehouses that meet the job requirements. Assign and periodically supervise warehouse cleaning;
Coordinate with the company to directly handle cases of employees violating regulations.
