- Delivering customer support via phone call, email, live chat, report,...
- Handle escalation and follow up by communication with internal and external partners. - Train, and develop the Japanese Customer Service team (If have).
- Support to look for new clients, diplomatic issues, marketing, research & conduct other missions assigned by Manager & Directors

- Support customers with work and answer questions related to finance in Japanese. (email, phone, customer support system).
- Do the job of reviewing the profile of Japanese customers.
