As the department head responsible for leading the department in the following roles:
1. Quality Management System:
- Maintenance and Improvement: Ensure the continuous maintenance and improvement of the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Internal and External Communication: Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, specifically in investigating and managing environmental hazardous substances and UL certifications.
- System Development: Develop and manage internal quality-related systems to meet customer standards and company objectives.
2. Quality Assurance:
- Quality Assurance System: Maintain and improve the quality assurance system
- Customer Relations: Serve as the communication window for quality-related matters with customers, ensuring that all customer requirements and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Requirements
1. Education: University degree.
2. Age: 45 years old and above.
3. Experience:
- Management Experience: Prior management experience is required. Candidates who are not currently in a Department Manager position but show high potential for this role are also considered.
- Professional Experience: Experience in Quality Assurance (QA)/ QC is mandatory, Experience in FPC or electronics manufacturing or automotive industry is advantageous but not required.
4. Foreign Language:
- English: Proficiency in English is preferred, with a TOEIC score of 700 or higher.
- Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage. Candidates who can communicate well in Japanese (N2, N1 level) but have an English TOEIC score of around 550 may be considered if they are committed to improving their English to a TOEIC score of 700 or higher.
