We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our co-living units. This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance property management, tenant relations, and operational efficiency to create a welcoming and well-maintained living environment. The Property Manager will be responsible for leasing, tenant engagement, maintenance coordination, and financial oversight.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Tenant & Community Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a positive living experience.
- Address tenant concerns, resolve disputes, and enforce community guidelines.
- Oversee the tenant onboarding and move-out process, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Ensure all lease agreements comply with local regulations and company policies.
Property Maintenance & Operations
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors for repairs and property upkeep.
- Manage cleaning schedules for shared spaces (weekly general area cleaning and quarterly aircon service) and enforce maintenance standards.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, health regulations, and safety protocols.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Preferred 2+ years in property management, hospitality, or co-living operations.
- Education: Relevant technical skills, or related field preferred.
- Excellent customer service, good communication skills (In English & Chinese will be good), and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage & prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in property management software (eg, CoHomes) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a co-living, hospitality, or shared housing environment.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing for property leasing.
- Conflict resolution and mediation skills
