* Job description
The main task
- Manage and control the production activities of the workshop.
- Controlling and periodically reporting the implementation of the order plan.
- Evaluate and propose regime adjustments for subordinates. Monthly job
- Planning production according to orders, implementing production plans to ensure order progress.
- Prepare normative reports as required by management.
- Control and be responsible for the production progress of orders at the Factory.
- Coordinating with related departments to set the norm of raw materials in the month for production. Weekly work.
- Check and directly send weekly production plan.
- Directly report and be responsible for administrative reporting data on the system related to management.
* Daily work
- Check, supervise the stages and motivate workers to work on schedule.
- Allocate work to each team/group of daily production plans.
- Perform general operations: at the end of the day, summarize production results against the order plan.
- Monitor and take responsibility for product quality according to customer requirements.
- Directly perform operations related to norm management at NHS.
- Other tasks: as assigned by the Deputy Director in charge
* Candidate Requirements
- Age 30 - 42 years old
- Minimum experience: Working experience of 5 years or more in production management from the Owner. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in manufacturing companies.
* Professional requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of production machinery and equipment.
- Understanding of processes, principles of process construction and process operation.
* Skill:
- Fluent Chinese skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
