WORK CONTENT:
- Make a plan to balance capital sources, propose effective loan options suitable to the Company's business situation and implement daily payment plans.
- Handling international payment, trade finance with customers, domestic and foreign banks.
- Control the payments before proceeding to spend money, ensure that the expenditures are approved in accordance with authority and ensure the accuracy and reasonableness.
- Working with banks and credit institutions to create and re-grant credit lines to serve the Company's business needs.
- Follow up the receivables of customers to ensure that due receivables are paid in a timely manner.
- Analyze the results of production and business activities of the Company and propose optimal measures in financial management, capital management and response to financial risks.
- In charge of management, planning to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and capital management of investment projects of the Company.
- Advising leaders on corporate financial issues, business valuation.
- Financial control of the Company and its affiliated units.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in investment, financial analysis, foreign capital calling, IPO... Understand about making bank loan documents or have worked for import-export companies.
- Read, understand and analyze financial statements proficiently. Knowledge of banking operations.
- Language skills: Fluent English in communication, reading, writing and understanding specialized English documents.
- At least 03 - 05 years of experience as a Deputy Manager or more.
- Graduated from University with major in Economics, Banking and Finance, etc.
- Skilled in working with leaders of banks and credit institutions.
- Possess good management, organization and arrangement skills, good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in office computers and accounting software.
- Agility, vivaciousness, hard work, honesty, ability to self-learn, withstand high pressure at work. Dedicated and forward-thinking at work.
