1. Job Description
- Implement procedures and processes for receiving defective goods and products that need repair and warranty.
- Responsible for repairing, coordinating the maintenance and warranty of the company's and customer's equipment in accordance with the prescribed process and time;
- Be responsible for consulting and dealing with information, technical complaints from customers related to the use, operation or technical errors of products and goods during the warranty and repair process;
- Working with shipping units to ensure fast and safe delivery of goods. Work with repair and warranty units to ensure that the goods are repaired well, on time and at a reasonable cost.
- Manage and operate the Warranty department, guide and train employees in the room
- Working on behalf of the Company with its warranty centers
- Manage warranty goods, coordinate monthly inventory
- Reporting work according to regulations
2. Request
- Level: Intermediate or higher
- Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in the field of warranty and maintenance. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the related field. Management experience is an advantage
- Skills: Communication skills, teamwork skills, independent work
- Careful, high sense of responsibility
