    - Planning, developing business plans, developing export markets.
    - Prepare and organize the implementation of the Company's business plan.
    - Control business contracts, outsourcing, production and export to ensure compliance with the Company's regulations and Vietnamese laws.
    - Building and developing customer care services, resolving customer complaints.
    - Analyze department goals and KPIs.
    - Train and evaluate junior staff.
