    Job Description

    • Build and maintain partnerships with existing and new customers.
    • Arrange meetings, respond to emails, phone calls with customers to determine their needs
    • Provide appropriate solutions.
    • Handle sales activities (Proposal/presentation, sending catalog/samples to customers, quotation)
    • Create new contract / track PO / make payment / update price to system.
    • Monitor production plans and ensure on-time delivery requirements are met.
    • Monitor market fluctuations and analyze competitors. Keep customer database updated. Monitor monthly sales forecasts and achieve sales targets.
    • Follow ETD, ETA CO, Packing List, Invoice before shipment
    • Update data into ERP system.
    • Check payment status.
    • Resolve quality complaints.
    • Working at: Hoa Binh Industrial Park, Thu Thua, Long An
