Position: Japanese interpreter
Job description
1. Interpret Japanese for Japanese bosses in meetings, training sessions at the office, factory or on business trips outside when required.
2. Interpreting in seminars, working with Japanese partners, customers and experts.
3. Interpret for Japanese director at events organized by the company.
4. Translate technical documents on automobile products, maintenance and repair procedures, and training documents.
5. Translate documents and emails from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa when requested by superiors.
6. Prepare meeting minutes and related reports in Japanese or Vietnamese upon request from superiors.
7. Support Vietnamese employees in communicating with Japanese bosses.
8. Support other tasks when requested by superiors.
Requirements
- Gender: Male or Female
- Age: from 28 to 38 years old.
- Qualification: University graduate.
- Japanese N2 with translation experience OR Japanese N3 with 2 years of translation experience
Salary in Gross
N2: max 14 million Gross
N3: Max 13 million Gross
Working time Monday - Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
