Job Description

WORK CONTENT:

Identify and analyze requirements of customers and other stakeholders such as sales and marketing teams, and to identify opportunities and challenges for the product.
Based on the collected information, determine the goals, core values and benefits that the product brings to customers.
Outline the product roadmap, including key features, product maps, and development roadmap.
Clearly explain product requirements to the engineering team, ensuring they understand the product goals and expectations.
Participate in the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design process, ensuring the interface is beautiful, easy to use and meets customer needs.
Approve designs and provide feedback to ensure designs align with the product vision
Work with the business team to define business goals for the product and ensure the product delivers value to the business.
Support the sales team in marketing and selling products to the market
Continuously manage and update the Product Backlog, prioritizing work items based on business value and customer feedback
Organize and participate in Scrum meetings, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives

The Product Owner will act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team to ensure product delivery that maximally meets customer needs and the company's business goals.
The person holding this position will be primarily responsible for defining and refining the product vision, planning development, and monitoring product implementation progress.
