Job Description

Recruitment: Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads & Landing Pages) – US Market

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to handle paid acquisition on Google for the US market, directly managing ad accounts and optimizing actual performance.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating Google Search, Display, YouTube & Bing Ads for the US market.
- Optimize landing page and conversion funnel
- Applying AI and automation to marketing
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on data.
- Collaborate with the content/design team to increase conversion rates.

Good English skills are required (mandatory).

Salary: 30–45 million VND/month
