Job Descriptions:
• Ensure all operations in factory are smooth and cost-effective
• Supervise all staff and improve operational management systems
• Manage materials procurement, production planning, inventory, shipping and warehouse
• Work cost reduction with Purchasing, Engineering and Shipping teams
• Set up quality controls and production KPIs
• Examine customs and financial data, manage budgets and forecasts
Requirements:
• University graduate, preferred in Manufacturing Management Industrial Engineering for Electronics.
• At least 20+ years of solid experience in electronics field of on Management level
• Strong leadership, planning, analytical skills and time management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Station in Hanoi, traveling is required
• Fluent written and spoken in English
• Familiar of SAP, ERP and proficient in MS Office
