    Job Description

    • Process payment requests and advance requests that have been approved
    • Accounting records the debt and reconciles with customers on receivables.
    • Record sales revenue by customer and by product code
    • Urge and collect receivables according to plan for customers
    • Accounting records and tracks debts for the quantity of processed goods.
    • Check and confirm quantity, unit price and confirm payables to processing units.
    • Make a request for payment of customer debt based on the comparison and confirmation of the amount payable according to the signed plan.
    • Track NPL inventory and verify supplier quantity confirmation into software
    • Periodically reconcile debt and quantity of raw materials with suppliers.
    • Make payment procedures for purchasing NPL to suppliers on payment due date
    • Make delivery notes for goods and finished products sold to customers.
    • Synthesize and make reports periodically monthly/quarterly/yearly, or as required by direct manager.
    • Perform additional tasks as required by direct manager and Board of Directors.
