Job Description

1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Perform sales operations according to the company's processes and policies on the new marketing data set and the database on the company's CRM system.
Sell, answer, consult, and take care of customers about the company's products, systems, and services through support channels and develop potential customer relationships to achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
Responsible for completing assigned personal sales targets.
Comply with regulations on conduct and attitude when working with customers.
After-sales monitoring and support to ensure customers' effective use of the service.
Promote team spirit in work when working in groups.
Support colleagues in sales operations when needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in 4 skills of Chinese (working directly with native speakers, will use 100% Chinese at work, fluent in both traditional and simplified languages). Priority is given to candidates who are of Chinese/Taiwanese origin and use 100% Chinese in communication.
Proficient in office software, basic English reading comprehension, able to operate and use CRM system at work.
High school graduate or higher (or equivalent certificates to ensure eligibility for work permit) and at least 1 year of experience in sales/telesales position in finance/banking or equivalent positions.
Age from 18 to 33 years old, good health, no family commitments, work night shifts (required).
Ability to communicate over the phone, good presentation and negotiation skills.
Have problem solving skills, proactively handle arising work.
Ability to manage time, manage work and have a high sense of responsibility at work.
Ability to work under pressure, work independently and work well in a team.
Priority given to candidates:
+Get hired early, interview & get hired immediately.
+ Have experience working at Banks/Financial Institutions and have a good understanding of customer consulting in the US market.
+ Hardworking, enthusiastic, responsible and eager to learn.
