Working hours: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Candidates are selected for one of the following two departments if they find their abilities suitable
Department 1 - Telesales (Data Collection)
- Receive and develop potential customer sources through online marketing data
- Respond and answer customer questions about product information
- Consulting on basic information about courses suitable to customers' needs.
- Note down information about all calls for future use
Department 2 - Customer Care Consulting
- Contact, advise on suitable products and training programs for each customer and close contracts. (Data compiled from Telesales department)
- Save and update customer information on the company's CRM system.
- Manage records, monitor and take care of students and closely follow the class process. Organize placement exams and collect tuition from students.
- Customer care, timely and complete notification of the next courses for parents to register for the next courses.
- Responsible for sales.
Candidate requirements
- Graduated from Intermediate School/College/University
- Clear, easy-to-listen voice
- Ability to communicate and advise customers over the phone and in person
- Passionate about sales and business
- Have a progressive spirit, be diligent and honest when interacting with customers
