Job Description

- Job details:

Greet customers and provide sales advice.
Guide to product shopping areas.
Ensure the work area is clean.
Transfer goods as requested by the Store Manager.
Receive and inspect the goods.
Display and maintain products in the store.
Shift work is mandatory (8 hours per shift).
Working on holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year)

- Job requirements:

Applicants are required to have less than one year of experience in sales, consulting, customer service, etc.
I enjoy and have some knowledge about cosmetics and skincare.
Be diligent and hardworking.
Flexible shift rotation
Work overtime when the store needs it.
Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Mid-shift: 12:00 – 20:00
Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

- Benefits received:

Total income ranges from 9 - 12 million VND/month (Basic salary + sales commission).
Fixed salary, not dependent on sales.
Discounts of up to 25% are available on our purchasing policy.
Upon signing a formal employment contract, employees will receive full health insurance and social insurance coverage. In addition, they will have access to individual health care insurance.
Policies regarding birthdays (paid leave), weddings, funerals, etc., when participating in the Trade Union.
