JOB DETAILS: The General Accountant position is responsible for collecting, verifying, storing, and accounting for various types of invoices, ensuring their validity and legality. They also prepare tax reports, monitor tax payments, and manage related documentation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Collect, verify, store, and account for outgoing and incoming invoices, etc.
- Verify that the invoices are valid and legal to avoid being disqualified during tax settlement.
- Prepare VAT, personal income tax, corporate income tax reports, etc., according to regulations.
- Monitor tax payment status and manage related documents.
- Prepare financial statements as required.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by superiors.
REQUEST:- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Auditing.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience
- Thorough understanding of tax laws and related specialized regulations.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in e-commerce and tax accounting.
- Careful, honest, logical thinking, good analytical skills, able to withstand high pressure.
- Skills in coordinating with other departments within the company.
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel/Word.
- In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: knowledge of Social Insurance Law, proficiency in Financial Skills, and a good understanding of Corporate Law.
- In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: Accounting, a strong understanding of Accounting and Finance, and knowledge of Internal Accounting.
