- Managing data about customers in the field of food, fashion, accommodation, beauty, etc.....
- Negotiate directly with customers and sign service contracts
- Coordinate with relevant departments (partners, technical, sales) responsible for the outputs of the project, namely campaigns/programs on social media channels/websites, advertising .
- Support consulting, taking care of customers regularly through activities: Calling, sending messages, sending mail,...
- Receive, solve and respond to customer problems through multiple channels (phone, email).
- Monitor the implementation of the Timeline that has been finalized with customers. Write reports and summarize project KPIs regularly.
- Handle and answer customer inquiries through: Call center number, Facebook, Email, Zalo.- Record and respond to customer comments through reporting channels.
- Participate in measuring customer satisfaction
