Job Description

1. JOB DETAILS:

Answer fanpage, phone, email... to advise customers about the Company's services that customers are looking for.
Receive support calls in case customers want to learn about the Company's services.
Consulting on sponsorship of relatives for US immigration, US travel consulting.
Consulting customers in the fields of: Passport renewal, visa application - visa exemption....
Perform related tasks as assigned by superiors

=> No experience in processing documents required, training will be provided from the beginning

2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Education level: College degree or higher
English: have reading and writing skills
Fixed shift, Able to work night shift
Have at least 06 months of experience in consulting and customer care
No experience in the field of settlement, visa, passport required, experience in service is an advantage
Probationary period: work at the office, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, off Sunday
Official: work from home, 7:00 p.m. - 4:00 a.m., off 1 day/week

3. BENEFITS:

Income: From 15,000,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND
Fully participate in social insurance and health insurance regimes according to the Labor Code
