- Job details:

Find material suppliers, subcontractors, and negotiate prices.
Order and track the timely delivery of materials to the construction site, and compile a list of materials received.
Monitor the construction progress of the construction teams.
Check accounts payable and prepare payment documents for suppliers.
Assist with other tasks as requested by superiors.

- Job requirements:

Males aged 25-35
Graduated from vocational school/college/university in related fields.
Experience of 1 year or more in a similar position.
Experience in purchasing construction materials or working in the construction field is an advantage.
Experience in processing payment documents and tracking accounts receivable is preferred.
Able to withstand work pressure
