Job Description

- Job details:

- Receive, check, and review design documents and technical drawings from the Design department and consulting firms.

- Quantity surveying and detailed cost estimation for civil, industrial, and infrastructure construction projects.

- Prepare and submit cost estimates, bids, and budget adjustments (when necessary).

- Collaborate with the Technical departments to resolve any issues that arise.

- Perform other tasks as required by superiors.

- Job requirements:

- Graduated from university with a major in Construction, Construction Economics, Cost Estimation, or related fields.

- At least two years of experience in construction cost estimation.

- Proficient in cost estimation software and office computer applications.
