1. Digital marketing:
a) Generate Content ideas for communication campaigns.
b) Plan and deploy campaigns via social network channels (Facebook, Google, Zalo, Instagram, Tiktok...)
c) Coordinate with Designer on the content of the media campaign image.
d) Build and manage content (including content writing, content presentation, image ideas) on the company's Website, Fanpage...
e) Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns.
f) Participate in brainstorming script ideas for videos, clips, and images for Marketing campaigns.
g) Other tasks as requested by superiors.
2. Editor:
a) Come up with creative ideas and create scripts and comments for TVCs, clips to run ads on Facebook, Youtube... (introducing products, services, brands...).
b) Develop a shooting script and detailed script for the video.
c) Follow work on site to ensure the script is executed correctly.
d) Contact contacts and coordinate with departments in organizing production.
e) Set up a reasonable production schedule and timeline for each work item (from pre-production to post-production).
f) Follow closely the team's work progress to urge and remind work.
g) Other tasks as requested by superiors.
3. Filming:
a) Filming for events, seminars, conferences, TVCs, Viral clips for units.
b) Shoot reports, skits, interviews, short films, comedies, etc.
c) Coordinate with the script editing department to create concepts for images and videos for communication work.
d) Read the script and have the mindset of transferring written data into images.
e) Research new filming methods, effects, and technologies applied to products.
4. Film editing:
a) Filmmaking and video editing according to the approved script (TVC, Corporate Film, Product Introduction Video, Viral Clip, Event...)
b) Creating Video Marketing content
c) Other tasks as requested by superiors
5. Take pictures:
a) Taking photos of products, studios, samples, events, etc.
b) Coordinate with the script editing department to create concepts for images to serve communication work.
c) Read the script and have the mindset of transferring written data into images.
d) Research new shooting methods, effects, and technologies applied to products.
6. Business account:
a) Approach assigned customers from superiors, proactively seek customers.
b) Get requested information from the customer or work with the customer to build a project proposal.
c) Plan, close contracts and monitor the implementation of advertising campaigns to achieve KPIs for customers.
d) Ensure personal quarterly and annual targets.
e) Specific jobs are discussed during the interview
7. Sales staff:
a) Advise customers on communication solutions the company is providing;
b) Making quotes, making communication/Marketing plans;
c) Taking care of, negotiating with customers, promoting contract signing progress;
d) Coordinate with relevant departments to best support customers;
e) Other tasks as requested by superiors.
** Benefits:
1. Basic salary:
a) For positions 1, 2, 3, 4 5: basic salary 5 - 10 million/month (depending on ability)
b) For business accounts: basic salary 5 - 7 million/month + commission 2 - 5%
c) For Sales Staff: basic salary 4 - 6 million/month + commission 5 - 7%
