Position: DEBT MONITORING STAFF 1. Check Old Orders and Update Discount File : Check orders from previous days and update the information accurately into the discount file. 2. Debt Payment Reminder : Monitor and remind customers to pay their debts on time. 3. Hand over the old debt order to the delivery staff (NVGN) : Hand over the debt order from the previous day to the delivery staff for collection, must ensure full signature and receipt. 4. Verify Debt with Customers : Regularly verify debt with customers to ensure accurate debt information. 5. Receive and Update Orders From Sales Staff (SPS) : Receive and update orders from SPS into the debt file, ensuring information is fully and accurately updated. 6. Processing Delivered Orders : When NVGN delivers the goods, receive and close the delivered orders, ensuring all orders are recorded accurately. 7. Check Customer Signature and Order List : When closing an order with NVGN, check the customer's signature and see if the order is on the list approved by the director. 8. Handling Undeliverable Orders : Undeliverable NVGN orders must have the warehouse keeper's signature. 9. Reconcile and Finalize End-of-Day Data: At the end of the day, the accounts receivable accountant reconciles and finalizes the daily revenue data, comparing it with the cashier to ensure accurate data. 10. Accounts Receivable and Daily Closing Orders Report : Accounts receivable accountant must ensure sufficient closing orders for the day and report accurate data. 11. Report on Number of Voucher Invoices Generated During the Day : Report on the number of Voucher invoices generated during the day. 12.
