Call based on available data: Contact customers in the available data list from the company system to introduce Futurelink products/services.
Product consultation and introduction: Provide detailed information about the company's products/services, answer questions and resolve inquiries from customers.
Persuade customers to use the product: Consult and persuade potential customers to convert into real customers.
Customer information management: Update, record and track customer information and customer interaction history.
Sales Performance Tracking: Ensure completion of sales and call volume targets as required by the company.
Customer care after using the product: Contact customers again after downloading the app to collect feedback and maintain long-term relationships.
Job requirements:
Experience: At least 6 months experience in telesales, phone sales or customer service related jobs.
Communication skills: Communicate clearly, confidently, and have the ability to persuade customers over the phone.
Ability to work independently and under pressure: Ability to work effectively and meet targets in a demanding environment.
Working attitude: Dynamic, enthusiastic, responsible and proactive in work.
Interest:
Basic salary: Basic salary: 7-8,000,000 VND/month + KPI sales bonus up to over 15 million VND
Salary review: every 3 - 6 months;
