- Call the customer and confirm the customer's order according to the company's available data
- Consulting, receiving information, directly looking up, supporting information and answering customers online via Facebook Fanpage as well as by phone
- Answer questions and support customers before and after ordering
- Handling situations with customers
- Coordinate with customer departments, bring customers the best service

Job requirements
