Job Description

***Customer Service

Answer customer inquiries through the company's system on the following issues:

Product information & delivery time

Order status

Synthesize and analyze common situations, update the Q&A content on the store

Look up order status and give feedback to customers

Receive and handle customer complaints if the goods are defective or lost in transit

Upload new products to stores

***Fulfillment

Receiving and processing orders

Coordinate with Team Designer to handle arising cases at the request of customers
