Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand presence and engagement, Manage daily activities on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.), including creating posts, responding to comments and engaging with followers, Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjust strategies to achieve goals.
Content Creation: Create and edit high-quality content (articles, blogs, graphics, videos, infographics) that aligns with the company's brand voice and goals, in collaboration with the Design and Photography and Video Editing departments, ensuring content is optimized for each platform and meets SEO and content marketing requirements
Campaign Management: Plan, create and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement, website traffic and brand awareness. Collaborate with Marketing staff to ensure content and campaigns align with overall Marketing strategies and goals.
Analytics and reporting: Track social media campaign performance, engagement, and ROI through analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with online communities, influencers and brand ambassadors
