- Consulting, customer care by phone, email, online chat or directly meet customers who have needs or plan to travel
- Identify and grasp the needs of customers to introduce appropriate services
- Participate in the management process of Fanpage, company website (unknown will be trained)
- Actively come up with ideas or contribute ideas to the project management team to develop and expand the project
- Report the assigned work to the head of the department/direct manager
- Working place: 16 Phung Hung (small), Hoan Kiem, Hanoi - Working time: 8am - 5pm Monday-Saturday
