- Work to be done:
- Update information on price policies/new products/media images/changes in policies and business mechanisms for customers.
- Monitor, manage and collect debts according to customer files, avoiding bad debts
- Support in placing orders for customers, tracking delivery and receipt and sending information to customers, confirming with customers that goods have been delivered, confirming goods are sufficient/insufficient after delivery.
- Prepare decision documents and minutes when they arise as required by the Sales Department.
- Synthesize detailed error information for each type of goods when arising from Sales Staff and Customers.
- Allocate Customer data when new Agent customers arise according to business regulations.
- Control customers arising in assigned areas, ensuring Sales staff do not overlap with each other's areas.
- Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
- Graduating from college or higher
- Having experience as a sales admin, sales assistant, .... is an advantage
- Office information technology: word, excel, good pp
- Communicate clearly and quickly
- Good pressure resistance
- Careful, meticulous, responsible for work
