Responsible for monitoring service quality, proactively contacting customers to inquire and listen to their customers' wishes and concerns.
Quickly solve problems that arise during contract implementation.
Prepare and present presentations about products and services. Generate fake reviews and generate regular reports on each customer's sales figures and customer strengths
Representing the company in exhibitions and conferences. Negotiate/finalize customer complaints handling orders.
Receive and exchange full production information with current or potential customers (NPI New Product Information Sheet).
Receive orders from customers.
Organize and conduct the meeting "Implement new product information" (APQP) for the departments to determine the production completion time.
Declare product information, create work orders when there are new orders and create repair orders when required to repair molds on the Amis software system for the production department.
Communicate and receive delivery schedules from customers. Deploy delivery schedule for Warehouse, QC, Plastic Injection, Mold department, follow up delivery schedule every day.
Track raw materials provided by customers based on raw material inventory to compare data with customers at the end of the month.
