    Job Description

    Job Requirement
    • Ensures that IQC Operators conduct inspections according to approved procedures/specifications.
    • Audits inspect documentation for compliance and makes the final disposition for the materials.
    • Tracks the status of incoming materials, outgoing ensures computer databases/worksheets are updated and keeps QA Manager and other appropriate authorities informed of inspection status.
    • Conducts quality investigations for non-conforming product and recommends corrective action / preventative action (CAPA) plan.
    • Reviews/revises department standard operating procedures (SOP) and master specifications for accuracy and conformance with regulatory/vendor/compendia/other requirements.
    • Coordinate with technical team to find out solution to improve quality system.
    • Keep tracking outcoming failure report and set up meeting to solve the outcoming issue.
    • Feedback to supplier about materials quality
    • Control & perform calibration activity for equipment & machine: prioritize use of CMM machine
