Job Description

Support Sous Chef/Head Chef to receive goods: Check quantity and quality
Assist in checking the previous day's backlog of food and recommending solutions
Prepare raw materials, preliminary processing
Support the Main Chef/Associate Chef in the process of preparing food
Assistant, preliminary processing of materials
Clean utensils and processing tools
Clean tools and put them in the right place
Clean work area
General cleaning of the kitchen with all kitchen staff
Clean the cupboard, arrange food ingredients neatly and in the right position
Check the system of Kitchen, lights, ventilation fans, freezers, refrigerators... Make sure the freezer and refrigerator must operate properly according to the standard temperature.
Support Main Kitchen / Fee Kitchen to maintain and maintain CCDC, kitchen machinery and equipment periodically
