- Receive and manage late payment loan contracts that violate payment obligations of customers
- Improve legality (rectify legal defects, create legal bases for seizure, handling or necessary cases to initiate lawsuits, restore the statute of limitations for initiating lawsuits...);
- Work directly with customers, guarantors and relatives/related people to collect information, evaluate options and facilities (Working at the office or traveling by company car)
- Operate telephone and text to create necessary pressure in accordance with the law so that the customer can consciously remedy the breach of the Contract, and at the same time notify the customer of the obligation to keep the appointment, the due date, number of days past due, and the potential impact of payment delays.
- Continuously update and manage customer portfolio effectively.
- Comply with Company Guidelines, Ethical Standards and legal regulations
- Receive and handle complaints, ensure timely settlement and follow instructions.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
