    Job Description

    Job Details
    • Implement and be responsible for legal issues, consulting, support, and internal operations of the company.
    • Perform work related to reviewing and drafting contracts.
    • Advise the Company, Board of Directors, departments and divisions of the company on legal issues.
    • Update, amend and disseminate current legal documents.
    • Build a system of procedures/regulations and sample documents for the company.
    • Review and legal assessment of the Company's system of procedures/regulations and documents
    • Authorized representative to perform dispute resolution, litigation, and lawsuits (if any) as requested by the Board of Directors.
    • Manage and store the Company's legal records.
    • Perform tasks as assigned by the Human Resources Department and the Board of Directors.
