We are recruiting for a payroll service department. Candidates must have the following experience:
Manage employee records and track new/renewed contracts;
Monitor business unit personnel changes;
Guide employees through the documentation for the offboarding process;
Manage and implement records of social insurance increase/decrease (sickness, maternity, leave, ...);
Track and return stubs to terminated employees
Carry out social insurance payment records of the business sector;
Perform timekeeping and calculate personal income tax;
Answer employee questions about company benefits;
Other tasks assigned by the Company;
Participate in supporting corporate cultural activities;
Conceptualize and assist in the organization of internal events; and
Support recruitment for positions according to the Company's development plan.
