1. Performance activities (30%):
- Organize a meeting on the Work Performance Management Process to prepare for 3 stages: Setting goals, mid-year summary, year-end summary for all employees at the Shareholders' Meeting
- Provide ongoing support and explanation to employees on the Performance Management process and follow up to ensure effective and timely implementation of this process.
- Promptly identify problems and propose corrective measures to ensure the entire process is carried out correctly and effectively.
- Support all performance assessment documents, collect and analyze results
2. Labor relations and employee engagement (30%)
- Work with the Administration Department to organize Company events (Best Employee, Best Practice, Long Service, Teambuilding, ...).
- Process employee engagement surveys. - Propose benefits & organize events & activities to connect employees
- Communication of information, policies, and decisions from the management board
- Identify potential employees for succession planning purposes.
3. Rules, Regulations & Training Activities (30%):
- Participate in disciplinary action and reporting - Comply with all work procedures, policies, rules and regulations of the company.
- Check, monitor, remind and guide employees to comply with regulations and disciplinary rules.
- New employee orientation program training - MBO/ SAP SF content training for Store staff
- Prepare training logistics (book rooms & projectors, send invitations, check attendance, prepare training reports, etc.) and conduct training.
- Train promoters on Store policies. - Receive training requests from Direct Manager(s) and work with them to develop training materials.
4. Other obligations (10%)
- Provide reports as needed
- Recruitment work assigned by the Head of Department
- Support other departments as needed.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Direct Manager, Department Head, Head of Human Resources
