HR STAFF
- Timekeeping, time tracking, overtime management support (~200 employees)
- Record, monitor and resolve welfare regimes related to social insurance and health insurance (increase/decrease, sickness, maternity, etc.)
- Prepare procedures and registration for new employees
- Monitor expired labor contracts and create new contracts, labor contract appendices, transfer decisions, termination decisions,
- Manage employee data and annual leave
- Register for tax code and dependents
- Comprehensive health insurance monitoring and payment 24/7
- Post job ads, schedule and contact candidates for interviews
- Disseminate company rules and regulations to new employees
- Organize annual health check-ups and occupational safety and hygiene training.
- Prepare and submit labor reports, labor accident reports, labor safety and hygiene reports to competent authorities.
- Visa extension, temporary residence card for foreigners
- Create and update staff lists, organizational charts/seating arrangements
- Payroll. PIT
- Personal income tax declaration
- Register OT with the Department of Labor in case of exceeding 200 hours

- 2 years of experience in general affairs - human resources

- Salary: 15 - 20 million GROSS

- Time to start work: Can start work immediately or from 10-15/4
