* Human Resources Officer (In charge of Salary and Social Insurance)
- Calculating salary and allowances, doing salary and bonus payment procedures.
- Update personnel information, violate rules and regulations, etc. to the HR software.
- Monitor and update data on increase and decrease of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and compare with the social insurance agency monthly. Complete documents and procedures and contact the social insurance agency for employees to participate and enjoy social insurance and health insurance benefits in accordance with regulations.
- Report on human resources situation in the first 6 months/end of the year, make application for payroll scale registration, apply for Personal Income Tax Code, ..
- Drafting, managing and monitoring probationary/apprenticeship contracts, labor contracts, resignation decisions, transfer decisions, etc.
- Update the legal provisions on regimes, policies and salaries to promptly supplement and amend the company's regimes and policies in accordance with the provisions of law.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Director of Human Resources and the Board of General Directors.
