JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare ingredients for cooking sweet soup: beans, potatoes, tapioca pearls, basil seeds, jelly, coconut milk according to instructions.
Cook the sweet soup according to the available recipe, ensuring the right taste, right quantity, right time.
Season and adjust the sweetness and thickness to suit the overall taste of buffet guests.
Decorate the dessert when serving, ensuring it is clean and attractive.
Regularly check the temperature, consistency, and taste of the tea throughout the serving process.
Add more tea and toppings when almost finished, make sure not to keep customers waiting.
Keep the cooking area, cooking utensils and display trays clean.
Strictly follow food safety regulations and instructions from the main kitchen.
Assist with other kitchen duties as required (peeling fruit, making desserts, etc.).
Report promptly if raw materials are missing, damaged or have quality problems.
