Answer the phone, transfer to relevant departments (require accurate information from partners and customers)
- Carry out express delivery, receipt and delivery of documents, contracts, invoices, and immediately transfer to relevant departments. Update the logbook of outgoing and incoming documents.
- Welcome guests and notify relevant departments, serve tea and water when guests arrive, clean water cups, tables and chairs neatly when guests leave. Ensure the reception area is always clean and tidy.
- Order and deliver newspapers to the director. Update the newspaper tracking book and renew newspapers when they expire.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ink, and assets of the office block. Receive requests, purchase, distribute office supplies, call for ink refills, and repair printers for departments. Summarize and report expenses at the end of the month.
- Monitor, manage and dispatch vehicles at the company.
- Supervise the implementation of cleaning and security work at the company.
- Advance and pay administrative expenses, expenses for monthly meetings/training. Report on expenses at the end of the month.
- Prepare tea, water, tables, chairs, and necessary equipment for monthly meetings/training sessions.
