Job details
- Guide, advise, welcome patients and business contacts.
- Answer the phone at the counter, process information or transfer to relevant departments;
- Support patients to register new or change personal information according to the correct process effectively and professionally;
- Receive and check health insurance card information (health insurance card, identification documents, health insurance portal...) and transfer patients to the clinic according to procedures
- Receive and transfer health insurance to relevant departments; Archived health insurance photo (if any);
- Receive and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and dispatches;
- Register Hospital Records.
- Make phone calls to customer care after surgery during the day
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head and Board of Directors
- Implement programs to measure customer service satisfaction. Report results to the Department Head to propose solutions to improve and improve the hospital's service quality
- Coordinate with staff in the customer care department to carry out tasks according to the general goals of the hospital
Qualifications and experience
- Gender: Female
- Age: from 20 to 25 years old.
- Degree: Graduated from intermediate school or higher majoring in economics, tourism or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 1 year

- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in groups
- Ability to handle situations and solve problems
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to learn and self-study
Other requirements
- Good-looking appearance, no glasses, easy-to-listen voice
- Able to go on business trips when required and work overtime
