Contact and search for customers via phone, Facebook, and China - Vietnam freight forwarding groups.
Provide shipping quotes and procedures to customers prior to import.
Update cargo schedules for customers.
Perform other duties assigned by the Office Manager.
Weekly/monthly/quarterly work reports.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Plan customer and revenue development and report on implementation status periodically.
Find out the market demand for logistics services.
List and approach potential customers to introduce the company's logistics services.
Coordinate with departments within the company to monitor and update the status of goods and information to customers regularly and promptly.
Continue to provide after-sales care, coordinate with other departments of the company to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions if any.
