Job Description

Working position: BUSINESS STAFF
NF GROUP Joint Stock Company
I. CONTENTS OF WORK

Maintain relationship with existing customers
Directly executing and receiving orders from customers, making contracts for large orders, tracking throughout the order including invoicing and delivery procedures.
Receive feedback from customers, coordinate with customer care department to solve problems arising from agents about product quality, delivery time....
Collaborate with personnel in the relevant department to draft a quotation/service proposal and contract to submit to the team leader/sales director for review.
Monitor and check consignment goods, sample sales, contract liquidation process (if any), support accounting department to urge debt, only complete responsibility when customers have paid.
Taking care of customers and selling according to the set schedule.
Establish relationships with new customers:
Tim understands information, customer needs. Search for potential customers, evaluate the market and competitors.
Developing customer search in the area in charge, ensuring the target set by the General Director.
Support related departments to store and manage records and papers:
Save a copy of the contract, transfer the main contract to the relevant departments to keep and coordinate the contract implementation.
Perform record keeping work related to orders and manage agent records.
Report to Team Leader on a weekly and monthly basis on agency business.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

II. RIGHT:

Salary: 7-9 million + KPI bonus

High school graduate or above, knowing English is an advantage..
Know how to work on Excel, Microsoft Word
Dynamic, enthusiastic, responsible and able to withstand high pressure at work.

III. WORKING CONDITIONS
· Working time from Monday to Saturday
Working hours of the day are as follows:
Morning: From 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m
Afternoon: From 13h00 to 17h30
