    Job Description

    • Directly text zalo to support and advise customers about the Company's services and products.
    • Call to consult, take care of and inquire about the customer's business situation, offer products. Offer new products, offer products to old customers.
    • Receive orders and coordinate with relevant departments to plan delivery. Directly support customers in business activities.
    • Regularly monitor and update promotions and incentives for customers to promptly notify customers.
    • Collect and resolve customer feedback on order-related issues. In case feedback exceeds the scope of resolution, it must be submitted to a higher level of Management for timely handling.
    • Report sales weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly to sales manager/Board of Directors.
    • Some other work assigned by superiors.
