JOB DETAILS
1. Search and develop customers:
- Research the market, competitors and potential customers;
- Search for new customers through channels such as (Customer referrals, social networks);
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
2. Consulting, introducing products/services:
- Understand the company's products to properly advise customers' needs;
- Understand the operating procedures in the system to closely follow the order route;
- Negotiate terms (payment, price)
3. Closing the deal and customer care:
- Prepare quotations, contracts and related procedures;
- Support customers after sales, handle complaints (if any).
4. Sales planning, reporting and information updating:
- Make business plans to achieve or exceed assigned targets;
- Evaluate business performance and adjust strategy (when necessary);
- Prepare business reports as required by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Skill requirements:
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,)
- Withstand sales pressure ;
- Effective communication, negotiation and customer persuasion skills;
- Problem solving skills, teamwork and independent work;
- Quick, enthusiastic, honest, persistent, eager to learn;
- Highly responsible and committed to work;
- Easy to listen, emotional voice.
2. Work experience:
- Priority is given to those with experience working in the fields of business, sales, marketing or customer care;
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working with customers, especially in the field related to motorcycle and automobile spare parts.
3. Other requirements:
- Ready to support other departments as directed by superiors;
- Willing to travel (if needed)
